WHO WE ARE

From humble beginnings, first renovating a 2up-2down terraced house in suburban Wigan, to our most recent multi-million pound project in an exclusive Cheshire village, this business has enjoyed a strong and successful development journey.

Our first real success came with investments in a couple of apartments before they were really fashionable, generating a 90% uplift on our first apartment project. We then moved up the scale, profitably renovating a couple of semi-detached houses in desirable locations (one right in the midst of the 2008 Great Financial Crisis), before embarking on more ambitious full-scale transformations by ‘popping-the-top’ on two bungalows to create high-quality family homes and stronger profit margins.

Along the way we’ve learnt many lessons and acquired an extensive knowledge base. We’ve worked with a wide variety of professional and trades including: planners, architects, structural engineers and all the usual (and unusual) development trades from plumbers and plasterers to oak-framers and landscapers. Each property project throws up it’s own highly individual challenges to solve; from implementing complex steelwork to sourcing unique glazing and managing complex project completion during a pandemic.

James Rowlands leads the business, managing every aspect of our investments and delivering every project profitably. Dr. Ricardo Codinhoto is our in-house architect, ensuring we maximise the potential in each donor property and our builds stay true to their passed plans.
